Joakim and I worked together on major EMEA insurance clients. He ran SaaS relationships, developing the services and client model, as well as developing the commercial relationships with the insurance carriers. He's a passionate communicator, who is value and customer focused. Capable of working with ambiguity and building out structure and maturing capabilities. He is also a colleague who will go out of his way to support his colleagues and wider teams in whatever way he can. I would happily work with him again and hope that opportunity arises in the future.
